Help! Do I have chance to get into Princeton?

<p>Hi everyone, I wanted to know what my chances for me getting into Princeton (Engineer). I am a Junior and considering to apply for early decision next year.</p>

<p>Education:
(I am a korean american)
4.00 GPA (unweighted)
2110 SAT (Planning to retake it: I'm predicting to get about 2200... over 2250 hopefully)
Sat 2- Planning to take Math 2 and Physics
All honor classes
IB and AP/Honors all 3 years
- (For IB, I am going to HL in Physics, Math, English, and History)
AP Calculus AB 5
AP Stats 5
AP Human Geo 5
AP Gov 5</p>

<p>Extra-currciulars:
History Fair Nationalist (2012 & 2013) (2nd place state in 2012, 1st place state in 2013)
Internship with the attorney general and the delegate (MD) (Got an internship award)
Varsity Track and Field - 1 year
UYSO (symphony orchestra) - 3 years
All-State Orchestra (2014)
Korean school teacher (volunteer)
Future business leader of america (FBLA)- 1 years
Chess Club - President
Key Club - VP
Kiwanis District - Committee member
Solo Ensemble - State Level
State String Ensemble - Superior
Music Federation - Superior</p>

<p>I made to a lot of national level competitions, but never won award (but I won few state competitions)
I'm not a U.S. citizen but am a permanent resident. </p>

<p>Also, does living in Utah help?
I'm currently in IB program. Do they consider IB score & IB diploma? (Will being in IB help me?)</p>

<p>Your SAT now is a little low, but if you retake and get above 2200 you should be fine. Great GPA. Make sure you study for SATIIs to get good scores, you want to shoot for 800 on MathII. IB is good, it will help, and taking APs on top of that is great. Your ECs are decent, but nothing is especially interesting and for Princeton they won’t help you much.
I think you have a decent shot, obviously for a school like Princeton nothing is certain, but you have a shot. Write a killer essay.</p>
