Help: Do I need to submit any financial forms?

<p>At the back of Form 6, there is a chart titled “Financial aid forms and deadlines”.
The thing is, I’m an International Student, but I was born in the States and hence I am also a “U.S. Citizen Living Abroad”. But then, I am not applying for any financial aid.</p>

<p>Do I need to submit the “International Student Certification of Finances” form? Or any other form for that matter? [My parents are not U.S. Citizens so they don’t pay U.S. Tax??]</p>

<p>Also, call me stupid, but if we don't apply for FA, we don't need to send in any of the financial forms, right?</p>
