HELP? Duke, Rice, UT? where should I go?

Alright fellow wisemen, I am in need of your knowledgeable opinions! I need to make a choice, and fast. What do you think...for a Cellular Biology major, Pre-Med student hoping to go on to medical school and do an MD/PhD and end up in medical research...
Duke University?
Rice University with a $10,500 yearly scholarship?
or UT Honors Program full ride?

What do you think? Let me know.

P.S. I live in Houston. I am an URM. I like the idea of having a life, but not a big party person.

I would say not Duke. The other schools are giving you more money and Rice is probably one of the two or three best pre-med schools in the country. But I understand if you don't want to go to school in the same place you live. Also, UT Honors is supposed to be awesome and a full ride is hard to turn down. So I'd say either Rice or UT.
Of course, I'm biased since I'm in Rice 2011.

I agree that Duke should be removed from consideration. Medical school is expensive and it would be helpful if your undergraduate tuition was not as expensive. Between Rice and UT - which has the student life you prefer?

i'd go with Rice, based on your social life preferences (ther'es partying and drinking but not at the level of UT and not exclusionary like Duke) the financial help its giving you, and the strenght of its premed program, with tmc right across the street. Duke in general doesn't really appeal to me b/c of its location, and I hear the place gets boring after the first year. I'm biased though, since I had Rice in my top two along with Penn when making my final decision, WAY ahead of Duke.

I'd say Rice is the choice.
