Hi, I am an international student applying for engineering at U of T. On my profile, I wrote my SAT critical reading and math score. I have already submitted my SAT score directly from the college board. But, there are 2 required documents regarding the SAT, first one is “Official SAT Reasoning Test Results” which is already submitted. But, they require another document “ACT or SAT ACT or SAT Reasoning Tests” I have no idea about this. I think this document prevent me from completing my application
From what I can see in my engineering portal, there are 2 documents required for sat scores as you said. But one is the SAT reasoning test while the other one is the SAT Subject Tests, at least for me.
If you are not applying from the USA then I don’t think submitting any kind of SAT scores is required but recommended. So even if you haven’t done SAT Subject test, you won’t be at a disadvantage. (if you are not from the USA)
But if you have both the required documents for the SAT reasoning test, it’s probably a mistake on the website. Just send them a message saying that even though you submitted your scores, it doesn’t appear in the required document section - they will probably fix it in 3-5 days.
I am not from USA but I took SAT because I also applied to other universities in USA
Yes, they required 2 documents of SAT Reasoning tests : “Official SAT Reasoning Test Results” and “ACT or SAT”
and one of the documents had been received by them. So it’s probably a mistake? So after They fix it, then my application is completed? and the deadline is February 1st right?
Your application is already complete its just that they need to fix it. It was the same with me - they took like 3 weeks to make the correction. Yes the deadline is 1st February.
Well, I am still waiting for the AP score to be received, but I have already clicked the submit button. Does it matter? @IlluminatiIsReal
You can add more scores after submitting the application - I entered my SAT Subject test score 2 weeks after submitting the application.
@IlluminatiIsReal But my application status is still “Application Incomplete - please submit all required documents”
It says exactly the same thing for me (even though I have all the required documents marked as received) but I have contacted them and they said it is fine they will take care of it.
@IlluminatiIsReal alright, thank you so much for your help
