Help - Filling Out International FinAid Forms

Hi, I'm filling out the following forms:
1) College Board's International Student Financial Aid Application
2) International Student Certification of Finances

I intend to fund my college education through the university's merit-based or need-based scholarships (partially, at least). How do I indicate this on my forms, especially when I have to state my sources of funding? These forms have to be submitted before I am considered for admission, and the scholarships.

Section F: Expected Support for Educational Expenses

Student's vacation earnings

Student's assets

Family's Income

Family's Assets

Relatives and Friends

Your Government

Agencies and Foundations

Private sponsor

Other

My questions:
1) Does the sum of the above fields need to completely cover the tuition and boarding fees? If I could meet the entire tuition and board, I wouldn't be applying for financial aid from the school, right?
2)Where does the university scholarship come in? Wouldn't it be awfully presumptuous to assume that I would get the Uni's scholarships (if I list it as a source)?

Thanks in adv!
