Help!!! Final Decision!

I wanted to thank you all for the great advice. Many of you gave me food for thought, which is why I love this sight. The update is:

Tier One did a great job with aid and my son will be attending.

The other school also did a wonderful job and I would encourage anyone interested in attending there to do so.

I am so happy this part of the adventure is over, and now onto wardrobe and supplies!!! :)

Congrats! It’s a great school!

So glad it all worked out!

Great! I was hoping it would work out with that school. :)

Our D decided to go to an in-state public university because they offered her a very attractive scholarship. She gave up a spot in the top rated comp sci school at Carnegie Mellon. There was no pressure from us. She made this decision herself.

If everyone is happy that’s a good outcome.

It’s been a few days since I’ve been around.
Mama, I’m so happy for your S. He’s going to love it there. Buy some very, very warm clothes. As cold as he thinks it’s going to be, it’s going to be even colder
And it starts in September.

mom0809, you must be a southerner. I’m sure he will love the indian summer followed by crisp fall days with gorgeous foliage.

I wonder if I can follow him. I’m sure I can sleep in the closet. I’ll dress warmly. :)
