I was hoping someone could please help me find some reputable colleges/universities that would fit my needs/stats

I'm currently a senior in a good public high school in NJ
My class rank is 55/323 students, but my HS is rank-optional so I won't be submitting my rank
Last years SAT super scores: math- 640; critical reading- 560; writing- 560. I took the September 2014 ACT (practice ACT (not studying) was 27) and am taking the October SAT to improve my scores (especially reading).

GPAs: 3.83 unweighted and 4.6 weighted
Junior Year: AP English Language and AP World
Senior Year: AP English Lit and AP Psychology
Every other course I've taken has been honor level

I've been an active member in both key club (9th-12th grade), french club (9-12), italian club (11-12), culture club (11), and volleyball club (12). I'm also the media coordinator for photography club (11th and 12th grade). I'm a member of French Honors Society and am applying to National Honors Society.
I have a decent amount of community service hours as a junior volunteer at my local hospital.
This past summer, I took a 3 week non-credit course at Brown University. I know it's not a prestigious summer program, but I'm hoping it will show interest in furthering my education.

I am interested in majoring in psychology and going to grad school, but my major choice may change in the future. I'm also a first generation college student.

I don't want to go to a very small school (to avoid cliques), and I don't think I'd like a veerryy large university (penn state or rutgers). I don't have a preference for location other than wanting to stay along the east coast. I'm interested in studying abroad and want to be close-ish to a city, especially if the school is on the smaller/medium side. I'm also liberal (not as much politically as socially), so I'd like to avoid schools with a high conservative population.

I have virtually no money to pay for college due to my family's current financial situation, so schools generous on aid/scholarships/etc. would be nice

I'd greatly appreciate it if you could recommend some safely, match, and reach schools for me!
