Help finding a safety/ match school in with these stats?

I have a lot of top heavy schools on my list like Columbia, Brown, UPenn, etc. and I would like to have some safety and match schools.
MY stats are 32 on ACT and 3.9 GPA. 740 on Math 2.
I'm looking for schools with strong busniess or engineering programs( haven't decided one yet) and should be in the northeast.

Thanks guys!

Engineering - not sure about, but I know NC State is good.

Business - Boston College, Wake Forest, UNC Chapel Hill, UT Austin, Villanova, U Michigan

Engineering: Pitt, PSU, OSU, Rochester, Syracuse, RPI, RIT, UMD-CP, UDel, Cornell.

Don’t know much about Business except that UMD-CP is good.

Purdue, Wisconsin, UIUC and Minnesota are top-25 in Engineering.

Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota are top-20 in Econ.

Not bad OOS matches if you can afford the OOS rates.

What is your home state and what can your family afford?

^ New York and my family makes around 40-50k a year

Your safety schools will be SUNYs where you can use TAP. Also look at the pinned threads in the Financial Aid forum for some OOS options. Alabama might be one example.

Your family has a modest income. should we assume that they cant contribute much/anything>

these are the threads Erin’s Dad is referring to:

full tuition/ride scholarships

<a href=“Competitive Full Tuition / Full Ride Scholarships - Financial Aid and Scholarships - College Confidential Forums”>Competitive Full Tuition / Full Ride Scholarships - Financial Aid and Scholarships - College Confidential Forums;

<a href=“Automatic Full Tuition / Full Ride Scholarships - Financial Aid and Scholarships - College Confidential Forums”>Automatic Full Tuition / Full Ride Scholarships - Financial Aid and Scholarships - College Confidential Forums;

I agree that SUNYs should be your safety schools. SUNY Binghamton and SUNY Geneseo are best for more humanities stuff, while SUNY Stony Brook might be better for tech and possibly engineering stuff.
