Help finding Safeties

Hi all!
I've started to figure out my college list (I'm graduating 09) and the only problem is that I don't have any safeties on my list.
So I was wondering if anyone could recommend some safeties..?

My stats:
GPA: 3.8 (W), around 3.6 unweighted
Top 15% of my class of around 200
Public school
SAT: 2030, 2100 Superscore
SAT Subjects: 750 Lit, 680 World History, 610 Biology
AP: 4 on AP Euro (my school doesn't offer many APs, and the ones available are for senior year only for the most part).
Decent extracurriculars including a mix of clubs, sports and volunteer...

I want to major in International Relations, and am looking for the most part for smaller, liberal arts colleges, although I'm feeling pretty open to anything right now!

My list right now(I've visited all of these colleges)
-Macalester
-Carleton
-Occidental
-Claremont McKenna
-University of Richmond
-Boston University

I realize that most of these are reaches for me, and so this is why I'm asking for help finding some schools that I have a better chance of getting into! Thanks!

Consider applying to a local state university, however much you dislike it, as a guaranteed admissions and financial safety. Then, of course, find another safety that you do like. Don't have any suggestions for the latter, though; I'm unversed in IR.

OP, what are your SAT section scores? That tends to be more helpful in comparing your stats to those of individual schools.

Bard supposedly has a good IR program in NYC, and is perhaps a bit easier to get into than some of your list.

My SAT section scores were:
630 math
640 critical reading
760 writing
and then the for the superscore, I had gotten a 710 on the critical reading the first time I took the SAT.

Bard? I looked it up and it seemed to be pretty selective still, but thank you for your suggestion and I'll look further into it!

Keilexandra, as for the state school thing, I'm considering applying to UMass Amherst if I can get into the honors program, but I'm bordering between top 10 and 15% so I'm not sure if I qualify...I might still apply anyway because it would be so much more affordable.

Think about Knox, Clark University, Wheaton (Mass), Beloit

Anyone else have any other suggestions?

Lawrence, Ohio Wesleyan, Denison

Some other schools to consider are American, Dickinson and Syracuse.
