<p>I have a GPA of 3.35 but I'm going to be a senior next year so I know I'l raise it to a 3.4 maybe even a 3.5 by the time of graduation! I did poorly freshmen year, but junior year i took hard classes and got straight As, so I have a HUGE upward trend.

reading: 480
math: 500
writing: 530
Retaking them in the fall so that I have at least a little above 500s in everything (hopefully).
Overal 1510.

I did a summer program at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.
A good amount of community service hours being an abortion clinic escort.
What schools are in my range?
I really want to stay in California and get the ultimate 'college experience' if possible with the scores that I have.
Im thinking of:
San Diego State(huge reach i think?)
Cal State San Marcos
Cal State Long Beach (a reach)
Cal State San Francisco
UC santa cruz?
Thats all I've got so far...any advice is much appreciated!</p>
<p>you might need to leave CA or choose other schools, for the whole “college” experience.
have you checked how many students live on campus vs commuters ?
do those schools have a high turn over rate of students…dropping out, transfering in and or out?</p>
