Help finding which of the 6 six colleges are right for me?

I am going to be a high school senior and am very interested in UCSD. As of now I am undecided, so would like to be able to take a range of classes, but do have an interest in the social sciences, especially sociology. I have also taken many AP classes. I got 3s in chemistry, european history and US history, and 4s in calculus AB and English Language. I would prefer one without intensive math or science, unless I can get out of them with my AP scores. Which college do you think is right for me?

The most important difference between the colleges is the GE requirements. This brochure http://issuu.com/ucsandiego/docs/colleges_082212?e=5498722/2621105 has a brief comparison of the GEs in the different colleges, but you can go to their websites for more detailed information.

If you’d like to avoid math and science, I’d recommend staying away from Revelle (which has a fair bit of math and science requirements). I know Muir only requires a 3 course sequence in math or a natural science, and you’re allowed to take classes for non-majors so you can take science classes that are quite a bit less intensive. I’m not as familiar with the details of the other college GEs though.

I’d stay away from Revelle, I think more science and pre-med majors. Muir is pretty cool, lots of different majors. Warren has more engineering majors. ERC has more social science types. My artsy kid got into Sixth, so I think Sixth is for the creative type. It’s my take on these colleges, not an exact science because it’s not based on the GE classes, because you need to verify the GE classes.
