help for a rising junior

Okay, so I'm only a rising junior, but I need some help.

But sophomore year I tried harder!

UW. GPA- 4.0
W. GPA- 4.81

So now my overall GPA is 3.76/4.46.

EC's
lettered in track and cross country 2 years, maybe cross country captain next year, who knows
newspaper staff writer, editor next year??
write for the teen section of my local paper
key club member
member of my youth group, maybe president next year? Sorry, I really don't know.

I took a practice SAT and got a 1920 with no studying. 720 verbal, 680 writing, and 520 math (ahhh!). I took the World History SAT II, have no idea how I did on that. My rank is 21/~270 and it should have gone up by now.

Okay, if you actually read all that, I officially love you. My counselor pretty much sucks so I'm just looking for some help. I really, really want to go to Brown! Or Georgetown. Mostly I just want to get out of here! I would appreciate any advice, just don't be TOO mean.
