help for a slacker

I slacked my way through freshman and sophomore year and now I'm looking at colleges and I have no idea where I stand. Also my mother and stepdad recently divorced and i moved from indiana to tennesee

Im a black male:

My semester GPA has risen from a 2.89/UW first semester freshman year to a 3.57/W second semester junior year. The only AP I have taken is US history and im currently taking AP Biology and AP calculus my senior year.
Overall GPA 3.2/UW
My test scores arent that good but theyre not bad either:
SAT: ACT:
700 V 28 English
640 M 27 Math
610 W 30 Reading
33 Science
30 Composite
National Achievement Semi-finalist

I also have pretty weak EC's:
3 years Track (2 time regional finalist)
DECA (E-commerce state finalist)
Student Council
Completed pre-engineering summer classes at Ohio U

Im not applying to any amazing schools, here is my list:
Ohio University (first choice!!!! I love it)
Purdue University
Miami University (ohio)
University of Dayton

I would love it if somebody could tell me my chances, I'm really getting kind of scared.

I think the Princeton Review Site is probably equal to this site on College HELP.

And Who are you KIDDING????? a 1950 on the SAT is VERY good. Granted, it's not Genious IVY stuff but still better then 80 some % of the population.

I got an 1860 on my SAT and I probably one of the top 5 grades in my Class (well I guess that says alot about my school,,,lol) anyways,

got to princetonreview.com (the site seems to be a little slow at the moment for me at least) and click on your school on the top 361 college listand then go to an Admissions FACTORS tab to see what the colleges judge when they accept students. If you already did this then I'm just typing for no reason................

Anyways, with a 1950 SAT and a chance this Fall to bring it up,, I think you should be able to get into a bunch of Colleges based on that ALONE. at least that's how I see it.

What is your Overall average, put it in B-,B+ C,,, My school does the 100 Scale. so I'm a little iffy on the 3.8s

my 3.2 is close to a B+ but a little below, I have no desire to retake SAT or ACT

Well then you should be able to get into a Bunch of Well-Respected Colleges.

with my 1860 Hopefully higher after OCT
3.7 GPA
Hardest classes offered at my school (school only offers 1 AP class)
and probably the same amount of EC's as you I'll still be happy going to any of the PR top 361 Colleges.

Just write a good letter and your SAT scores will probably get you in to most Colleges. But I'm not an expert or anything I just have been reading this site since Friday.

I think your ACT is better than your SAT, i'd send that
