Help for an Ailing Friend--LACs etc with Good Studio Art Programs?

<p>Heads up- Penn is the only school we visited which said straight out “Legacy only counts if you apply early”. Don’t know if that’s still true- but from what we have observed with kids in the last few admissions cycle, Legacy isn’t even a finger on the scale (let alone a strong advantage) unless Penn knows that they are your first choice.</p>

<p>This shouldn’t deter the D from fully exploring her other options- just an fyi.</p>
