help for college selection and scholarship chances

Hi everyone,
I am applying to colleges in the USA for fall 2017.
My stats are :
SAT I (redesigned):1370
TOEFL: 104
GPA: 3.68
A-Level grades: General paper:B
Maths:A
Chemistry:A
Biology:C
Physics:B
I have done a little bit of volunteering during the time of earthquake.

I am planning to apply to University of Alabama, University of Illinois at Urbana champaign, University of texas at austin, Brigham young university-provo. but i need to add a whole lot of college to my list. Please do suggest me some of the colleges where nepali students get full ride or considerable scholarships.
I really hope to get a considerable amount of scholarship. I plan to pay up to $7k per year at most.

It’s old, so be sure to check on their websites to see if it’s still the same.

I am pretty sure that Illinois, Texas and BYU do not have full ride scholarships for international students.
