Help for Hopeful Freshman/ Chances

Hi I'm a freshman and aspire to attend a relatively selective school with solid athletics(maybe schools like DUKE, UVA, Notre Dame, northwestern, jonhs hopkins). One top school I dream of attending is Duke University(first choice) and maybe UPenn given that if I am admitted, my tuition is free. I was wondering how I could improve and if anyone had any tips to offer me or other potential colleges to be looking at! At this point, Id like to play soccer at college and potentially track if my mile time drastically improves (5:28 for a female freshman)
Freshman year classes(estimating final grades)

8th grade MVP for track & soccer if that matters along with a Mitchell Gollub award for athletic achievement and Centenniel Award for being a model student.
-This summer im applying at Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania's teen summer volunteer program (: im interested in the medical field. I am also attending UPenn's college prep soccer camp.
- the only AP's our school offers freshman/sophemore year is AP US 1.. so I'm taking advanced honors english/chem, which are the highest levels available

My grades aren't as good as I liked this year (GT and Geometry) but next year im taking challenging classes and am really going to put my mind to my studies.
Sophemore year (next year)
Advanced Honors chemistry

Accelerated Spanish II
Any help is appreciated!

If you’re able to, change your schedule and take the available AP class next year instead of something else.

Email someone in control and persuade them to let you begin taking other APs. If you PM me, I’d be more than happy to help you out with that. Talking to people works. Explaining you would like to be admitted to a top school and that you think that would give you an advantage should have some effect.

Get really involved in a few ECs. Do, create, or participate in multiple remarkable things.

I don’t know much about track, but 5:28 is a damn good time for a girl I believe.

Don’t take the PSAT. In my opinion, it is a waste of time.

At your level, just go right to the SAT I. Take it as soon as you can and don’t send it to schools.

Start doing SAT prep now.

Maybe get a job and follow through with it for the next three years? An internship?

This is all you can do right now as far as I’m concerned.

I take that back, take the PSAT, it could qualify you for a bunch of stuff.
Sorry.
