Help for the B student from current or former Coloradans

<p>My S is not a typical CC kid. He hovers between a 3.0 and a 3.2. No test scores yet but I assume his will be in the low 20s based on his standardized testing history.</p>

<p>I am looking for information on these two lower tier CO publics:</p>

<p>Adams State
Western State</p>

<p>Anything you can tell me would be great. But I am thinking about:</p>

<p>Commuter vs. residential
Ease of travel to and from</p>

<p>CSU is a pretty decent school. You might qualify for WUE tuition if you still live out west…</p>
