<p>I already got my scores, but we're trying to get my gf's scores by phone.</p>
<p>We enter 1 to start it, then 2 for scores by phone. Then the AP number, and finally we enter her birthday (december 21) as 1221. But for some reason it says she's not in the database, and none of the customer service reps are there. Anybody have any ideas as to what to do or why it's not working?</p>

<p>No, I’m entering it exactly as it says in her booklet. Without the spaces of course.</p>
<p>Did she shade any bubbles wrongly?</p>
<p>I asked that and she said no she double checked. But Idk i kinda think she did haha. I emailed college board and we’ll see if they respond.</p>
