There was a girl at my d hs who was kicked out for selling drugs. It didn’t show up on her transcript or reports anywhere. The school did not tell the college. They figured she was kicked out school. Having the punishment follow her for life was not necessary.

Generally speaking, yes I do use my extra time. And it isn’t for ADHD (although I do have that too) but its for dyslexia. Teachers are supposed to either find a chunk of time to administer the test or they are supposed to split it up - the teacher failed to do either.

Would the honor violation be going on the website to look up an answer/information on a test question that you had already seen on the test… while the test was being administered to you (in the gap time between the initial administration and your extra time)…or was the honor violation studying from old tests on an internet website? These situations might be treated differently.

The violation was looking in between the testing

I think your biggest problem is finding the right school option for this coming school year. I can’t understand going back to the same school that kicked you out once.
You are currently a senior at your second school, although it doesn’t sound like you applied to colleges. What about getting yourself reclassified as a junior at your current school?

WOW. April 15? This year? This case sounds VERY familiar. I remember this period of like 12 DCs.
Did you go to Deerfield Academy?
