Help Help Help I'm A Nervous East Coaster

I'm on the East Coast, CT specifically. I saw a few people on the East Coast who got rejected, and I've seen some others who are still waiting. Does anyone know what's going on? Does the "Acted on" on 3/29 have anything to do with it, or is it just completely random at this point?

I've also read a few things about people thinking if you haven't gotten anything yet you may be accepted? Hmm?

Oh also, what's this about RSVPing to certain things/events? Does that mean anything?

I'm from new jersey and i was rejected today with "acted upon" 3.29

Good luck but it seems that most people have gotten rejected with my status. Judging by the percentage of acceptances this board has seen in the last 3 days, i highly doubt they mailed out "half" of all acceptances.

My D was accepted; Spring admit;Annenberg; status still says in review since 3/27

I, too, agree that there is no way that half the acceptances are still to come; The letter specifically states that there was "no more room" and that is why the Spring admit....IMO, it's almost like a Fall Waitlist, but you have a Spring spot if you want it.....

Svg, the RSVPing thing is there is a website (usc.edu/exploreusc) that lets accepted students log on. However, the most recent batch of acceptances might not have access yet.

My S was admitted to Annenberg for spring. Status still says "in review" since 3/27. He can't log into any of the "Experience USC" information though, and there is "no information" in OASIS on his financial aid status. Do they even consider any aid for spring admits?
