Help High School Transcripts

So, I switched high schools from freshman to sophomore year due to moving houses.
My previous school did not offer many honors classes, so I only took honors english freshman year and a gifted and talented program class.
At my current high school, they offer many honors for the 4 core subjects, and i take 3 of them.

What Im worried about is that since my old school did not offer honors and my new school does, will my transcripts show that I was offered honors freshman year and didnt take them since Im at a new school, even though that is untrue?

How is it possible to show the courses my old school offered freshman year and the courses my new school offered from sophomore year on?

When you apply to college, you will have to have both high schools send a transcript. In the school profile of High school 1, colleges will see they didn’t offer honors courses. It’s nothing to sweat about but if you are really freaking out about it when application date gets closer, there’s a box on the Common App that you can use to clarify anything.

I used it to specify that I was adopted from China as a one year old baby because the Common App made it look like I was an international.
