<p>Hello! I am a high school senior with the following:</p>

<p>ACT: 25 (Math:26;English:25;Science:27;Reading:21;Writing: 8)
SAT: 1100 (Math+Reading)</p>

<p>My Unweighted GPA is 3.97 (on 100 scale)
I am ranked 6th in my class of 140.</p>

<p>Extracurriculars:
Tennis (4 years)
Track (3 years)
Student Council President (4 years)
Interact Club Member
ENCORE (gifted program)
Chamber Choir
Yearbook</p>

<p>I have volunteered as a camp counselor for Summer's Best Two Weeks for the past 3 years.
I also work part time at a skilled living unit for the eldery. </p>

<p>I am in:
AP Calculus BC
AP Chemistry
AP Goverment & Politics
AP Literature</p>

<p>I passed my AP Calculus AB test my 11th grade year.
I have taken 10+ Advanced/Honors courses.</p>

<p>But will i get in to the University of Pittsburgh with this information? I applied three weeks ago and I am nervously awaiting from my dream school!</p>

<p>no one can have an honest opinion on a ACT score of 25. ECs look normal and nothing great. need to improve test scores. try takin subject tests</p>

<p>I’m white. My school is in the top ten failing schools in Pennsylvania.</p>

<p>Okay, anywhere else to be chanced? I can roughly estimate your chance of getting into at least one of them.</p>

<p>And I need your full SAT score.</p>

<p>Your score is on the low side for both Pitt and Penn State, probably a low reach. Decent chance at Ohio State, match for Duquesne.</p>

96% chance to Pittsburgh (assuming great essays)
65% Ohio State
95% Penn State
100% Duquense</p>

<p>Ohio State is a low reach.
Rest are matches.</p>

<p>Don’t send the SAT score. It’s not good compared to you ACT score. GPA gets you in. If it’s that out of four, you’re in good shape.</p>

<p>my writing score wasnt good at all. i got a 460. but on my act i got a 8 on my essay. and i mean my parents got divorced. it was bad though</p>
