Help! Housing application for new freshmen

What room rates should I choose in the housing application: Room Rate A, B, or C?

Which area should I choose? Central/Hill, Bursley, or Baits?

and which room rate choice will give me a higher chance at Central/Hill?

Thanks for the help!

Bursley/Baits are both on North Campus and you have to take the bus up and down to Central. North is way quieter than Central and hardly anything takes place. (I live in Bursley.)
Central is more vibrant, has many more activities, and you can literally wake up half an hour before class. Even if you’re in the engineering/art/music schools, I wouldn’t really recommend choosing North over Central.

If you ask for a single or put in a request to room with someone you already know, there is an increased risk of being placed on North campus.

Thanks,

But what should I put first, Bursley or Baits?

and which room rate ( A, B, or C) would get me a higher chance at central/hill

Bursley is much better. Baits is split up into several houses and doesn’t even have a dining hall. Also, it’s not very social.

I’m not really sure what you mean by room rates…

i forget the options, but i THINK i put double first, then triple, then the suite one. baits has suites. i really don’t wanna get stuck in baits.

i don’t even think i put down a single because hardly any freshmen get them anyways.
