I recently took the Chemistry Subject SAT and I got an 680. I’ve read multiple websites to see how bad my score is… I’m really stressed because I’ve heard that if you take more than one test in a day you submit all the test scores (of that day) together, that is you can’t submit just one of the Subject SATs you took. I got an 800 in the other subject SAT I took that day and I just don’t know if I should submit my scores because I got the 680 for Chem. Btw I’m applying to NYU (just in case this gives a better insight to my situation)
A 680 is 49th percentile for chem.
^ True. However, you’re applying to NYU, not Harvard. Will one less-than-ideal subject test make that much of a difference?
@gilly22, I want to correct something you said in your OP:
“I’m really stressed because I’ve heard that if you take more than one test in a day you submit all the test scores (of that day) together, that is you can’t submit just one of the Subject SATs you took”
You need to know that you can choose which subject test to send via Score Choice - even if both were administered on the same test day. As long as you havent told them to send all your scores you should be good to use Score Choice. You should get on your CB account and check out your options.
(If you signed up for the free score send when you registered or w/in a certain number of days after taking the SAT that’s another story . . . ).
