HELP! I can't access my application status screen

After filling out Coalition and applying to the Rutgers New Brunswick Campus, I completed the application and submitted it. Coalition tells me that my application went through. However, I tried using the email I used for Coalition and the 8 digit passcode I made during the application process to login to my undergraduate application status screen, and it said my email wasn’t registered in the record. I’m writing this a couple hours after I submitted my application. Anyone have any ideas on what’s going on?
