<p>Hello.
I turned in my Common App, Supplement and my payment to UVA via the common app site early yesterday. I'd even received confirmation e-mails from Common App as well as from the UVA systems directing me to go log in at its site to track the status of my materials. But when I logged in, it said that the I still needed to submit my supplement. It also said that my transcripts and teacher recommendations were yet to be turned in even though my school had sent them on 11/15/2009 (via snail mail). There's no way that both the two recs and trasncript could have gotten lost because they were all mailed separately. What do i do???? Thank you in advance.</p>

<p>I had the same problem for the supplement before, but the system takes time to upload them and stuff. It should be off soon.</p>

<p>Credentials may be in our system, but not yet linked to your file. It may take a few weeks to get through all the applications submitted in these last few days, so please be patient! If your transcript arrived a month ago, it was scanned and put in a miscellaneous credentials file. A staff member must manually link that transcript to your newly submitted application."</p>
<p>ALTHOUGH I am a little worried about my transcripts 
My HSC sent them one and a half month ago, but my SIS page still indicates it as missing. My friends who had them sent after me have theirs marked off. :x
Can anyone explain this and is anyone in a similar situation? ;o</p>
<p>Verify that all three parts of the application were submitted via your Common App account (basic, supplement, and payment).</p>
<p>If they were all submitted, relax. There are thousands of applications coming in each day right now. It can take time to iron everything out.</p>

<p>I submitted my payment but it doesn’t appear that way on the common app site. and, now I can’t submit my application. What can I do now? I am afraid I might end up missing the deadline for submitting applications. I’m worried. HELP!</p>

<p>Razan, submit a help ticket through the Common App website. We can’t fix problems with the Common App website, only the Common App can.</p>
<p>Yeah, I also submitted my SAT Scores, Subject Tests, and Transcript a month ago and those aren’t registering either. </p>

<p>I hope I’m not sounding repetitive, but I think I have a little bit different situation. I submitted everything on the CommonApp about 6 weeks ago (It’s dated as sent on 11/25/2009) and I never received a confirmation email from UVa or a link to log in. But, I did just receive an email today saying that UVa has not received anything from CommonApp or the payment. </p>
<p>Should I just call in the morning or what should I do? I tried to resend everything but it won’t let me. Thanks for the help!</p>
<p>I sent that email yesterday via the Common App system. It went to students who Common App says have not submitted.</p>
<p>Go into your Common App account and look at the three parts of the application: Common App Basic, UVa Supplement, and payment. Something isn’t submitted.</p>
