Help, I don't know my GPA!

For some reason, the transcript that was mailed home to me didn't have my weighted GPA on it.

I know how to calculate it but it might be different from what the school has. So is it okay if I calculate it, and then put in the Additional Info section that it might be off slightly?

i would calculate it…and make sure!! that if u took HONORS CLASSES AND AP…they DONT get weighted for fresh and sophomore year
:)

Woah, where did you get that information from?

Spiffy - Here’s the good news: that information is completely optional for you to provide. If you don’t have an accurate GPA it is better to leave it blank than to try to calculate it yourself and possibly get it wrong. The colleges to which you are applying can get it from your official transcript or from the School Report that your counselor will submit.

Okay, that’s great news. I’ll still upload a message on the “additional info” section just stating why I left the GPA blank. I’m ready to submit! Thanks.
