Help! I don't know where to go

Hi guys, I am a senior in high school and thought I had my college plan figured out but I don’t know what I want. To help I can provide a little background on myself. Not to be a narcissist but I am a well respected and I guess you can say popular kid in my grade. I get along with everyone and enjoy talking to everyone. I want this to carry over to college as well. I was positive I wanted to go to the College of the Holy Cross but after visiting a few times I’m not so sure anymore. Other schools I’m considering are Bucknell, Lehigh, Providence, and Villanova. I want a college where I can continue/make a great reputation. I don’t want a big school but would be very happy if it had a football team. In high school I love going to the football games on Saturdays. I would prefer if the school was in the Northeast and anywhere from 4-15 thousand students. A college with good academics but also a good social scene/party scene. Like a “work hard play hard” school. If anyone has any ideas let me know!! Thanks so much!!

Though outside your size range, Colgate. Syracuse matches some of your preferences as well.

All five colleges you listed are good on the social front as well as academics.
You might want to check out Fairfield, UScranton, Union, and Lafayette. UDelaware may be of interest. Since you’re considering Holy Cross, Hamilton and Tufts may be good reaches for you.
I second Syracuse.

Check the Net Price Calculator for each to make sure your family can afford them. A school a little outside your range but otherwise fits is University of Dayton.

And then google the Common Data Set, Section C, for each school to chance yourself. And find a good safety.

If you were looking at Holy Cross why aren’t you considering Boston College? They are quite comparable and both Jesuit and football is bigtime at BC.
