Hello, I did not know I wanted to be an engineer until a year ago. I am in love with math, physics, solving problems, and how stuff works thus why I want to be an engineer. Anyways I would like to actually build something. I prefer a career building and working with technology such as computers and electronics. I first decided Computer Engineering at the University of Arlington. I love the hardware aspects but no so much programming. I can't stand starring a computer all day messing with code. I understand I must understand programming in order to be successful with the hardware and I can deal with that but I would like mostly hardware. I would also like to learn and make robots. Here is UTA'S Engineering website hopefully someone can tell me which degree I fit in better.

My question is what are the chances I'll end up writing programs instead of working with hardware? And do you actually use a lot of math and physics in the actual work?
