<p>NYU should be a safety for you. UPenn would be a reach but I think you have a chance.</p>

<p>Your current GPA helps for all the schools you're applying to, but the SAT scores could use a boost. For Berkeley you should try to have scores higher than the median SAT scores since you're out of state. If you can boost your highest-sitting score by ~60-100 points I'd say you'd have a fair shot for Berkeley. GPA and extracirriculars are strong atm, just work on maintaining your grades and prep for more SATs and you should be well prepared for applying.</p>
