HELP!!! I need more universities!!

My overall GPA is about 3.65 in an IB school and my SAT is 2040. I played in the JV tennis team in high school for 2 years and am the vice president for Green Club. Ive participated in clubs like Amnesty international and Leo Club. Furthermore I have been in the back stage for both Fall Play and Musical. Ive gone with the red cross organisation over the summer to help out a rural part of a country.

Im applying to:
University of California,Berkeley
University of California, Davis
University of Washington
University of Toronto
UBC
Mcgill
New York University

Can someone please suggest more colleges to me? Im open to any kind of suggestions.

Cost constraints?

Your stats may fit you into a number of schools, some of which are reaches and others targets. For example, the list below includes reaches and targets at high profile schools.

Boston College
Northeastern University
Syracuse University
Fordham University
George Washington University
American University
University of Oregon
Loyola
University of Miami
Tulane University

Why do you need more?

Are you looking to add a safety (financial or acceptance)?

I assume you are from Canada.

What do you plan to study?

The US schools that you’ve applied to will expect you to pay all costs. Are your parents willing to do that?

If so, then we might be able to suggest some other schools for you.

What is your major?

Im a international student from Japan and I have absolutely no constraints. It would be preferable if the school’s not expensive but it doesn’t really matter. I dont know what major I going to study so right now so Im mostly applying for undecided

Please clarify your price range. Full cost of attendance at NYU will be well over USD 50,000 each year. You will need to be able to demonstrate that you can pay the full COA or you will not get a student visa.

The US has a lot of colleges–including a lot of the best and most interesting colleges–that are NOT in big cities. These colleges are in smaller cities, and even small towns, which are dominated by the colleges. The colleges/universities in most other countries are in large cities, and therefore in most countries going to a university necessarily involves being part of the excitement of a big city. Are you agreeable to going to a college in a smaller city or small town?

There is also a wide range of climates in the US, ranging from always warm to cold for much of the academic year. Do you have any preferences?

For me, the price isn’t really a problem but if a price range is really needed I can go to $60,000. I can honestly go anywhere as long as the university is good and Im looking into liberal arts colleges. I am wondering if there are any good liberal arts colleges out there.

Lafayette College, Union College (in New York), Clark University (in Massachusetts), DePauw University, Lawrence University, Whitman College.

Lewis and Clark College in Oregon has many international students. Good school, great town (Portland).

There are lots of terrific liberal arts colleges out there that would be happy to have someone with your stats - but you need to give us a better idea of what would be a ‘good fit’ from your point of view. A few criteria: urban/suburban/small college town, climate or part of the country, the school culture (artsy, intellectual, rah-rah, quirky, preppy, etc…).

Your gender would also help: If you are female, there are some excellent womens schools (which operate in partnership with other schools so you are in class and socializing with men as well), there are schools where being a guy gives you a slight admissions advantage.

You can also use the college search function on the CC home page to help you get a preliminary list pulled together.

Holy Cross, Boston UNIVERSITY.

Boston UNIVERSITY is a liberal arts college now, par72? I’m glad you have no bias at all towards Boston College. And I’ll give you this one, HC would probably be a good option for the OP, but not BU.
