HELP.. I need to transfere to Cambridge University

<p>I'm Medical student studying in UAE and I was thinking of transferring to Cambridge university.
How hard is it to get accepted in Cambridge University??
I finished high school with a grade of 95 and now I'm a B+ student, So do I have a chance of getting accepted or not?? and if so will I be accepted as a transferred student or do I have to start over?
What about the studying system, do they using the old traditional system or the new case/problem based learning??</p>
