help!i really need help with the common app form..

i'm having trouble filling out the common app form..i don't know anything bout it..(i know it sounds stupid, but i'm an international student.wad to do?)
-should i write in capital letters?
-can i just make copies of them once i have completed n just send it to all the schools that i'm applying to instead of filling them one by one?i guess it's impossible to ask my teacher fill out the teacher evaluation part more than twice..
-should i send them in one envelope or separate them as in parts?
-can i staple them together?
-should i write the essay with my own handwriting or just type it?
-should the letter of recommendation done in handwriting?
just tell me whatever i need to know about filling out the common application form..really2 in need..thanx!!

1) No, do not write in all capital letters. Do not write in all lower-case letters. Use proper sentence/word capitalization.
2) Why are you not sending the application & supplements in on-line? Why are you printing out anything other than the school reports and teacher recommendation forms? Yes, your teachers can fill out the forms once, write any letters once and make copies to mail to each college to which you apply.
3) If you print out the application & supplements to send by mail, send them all in at once. Do not separate them into parts. (This does not include the recommendations or transcripts, as those should be sent by your teachers/schools)
4) Staple what together?
5) Essays should be typed.
6) Recommendations should be typed, but can be handwritten if the recommender so chooses.
