Short answer: Colleges that give need-based aid will not give you aid without the info they require from your parents.

Your options: Living at home and going to community college (which may give you merit aid to cover tuition if your grades/scores are high), joining ROTC in college, getting merit aid for college (lots of merit aid info on CC pinned at the top of this forum and Parents Forum), taking out loans (though you'll need a co-signer), participating in Americorps (You can get about $4,700 to use for college for each of 2 years that you work as a fulltime Americorps volunteer, You also get a stipend of about $180 a week or so to use for your living expenses during your volunteer period. Use Google to find out more info.) You also can go to college parttime while working fulltime.
