My ACT Score was comparable to my SAT (31 - 2000),

SAT: math 800, cr 560, wr 640
ACT: math 36, Read 32, Eng 26, Science 28.

Interestingly enough, I seem to do pretty decent in the reading part on ACT...

How should I improve grammar (English part) and Science Part? I feel I have a much better shot boosting my ACT than prepping for SAT b/c I suck at vocabs...and ACT barely tests on vocabs.

I've heard that a 31 is better than a 2000. Wikipedia, albeit a bit generous, says that it's around a 2100-2150.

R1210, I think your SAT score is slightly better than your ACT score.

As for improvement, here's what I believe:

Science: Don't read the directions. Go straight to the questions.
Reading: Read the passages you like first, answer line references first, then answer more broader questions as you go.
English: I dunno. I always score 30-31 on it no matter what.

My Science went from a 28-->33, but my reading went up from a 27-->28. The tactic I listed above does work, though.

The table on Wikipedia is correct; the table that you are comparing to was developed by College Board, and they interpolated data from only one ACT test and one SAT test. Thus, their concordance table is inaccurate.
