help improving undergrad qualifications

I am currently a junior at the University of Florida and have repeatedly changed my mind regarding my future career. I think I have finally chosen to attend law school and/or a global public health program after graduation with the intention of going into international human rights. However, I am worried that my varied undergraduate coursework and lack of "pre-law" extracurriculars will prevent me from being accepted to a good program.
major: mathematics
minor: Arabic
(also have classes in political science, religion and pre-med courses)
GPA: 3.93
Honors College at my school
I am service director of two organizations, have gone on two international service trips, volunteer as a mentor and tutor, and am going to be volunteering at a hospital starting this semester.
Also, I am studying abroad in the spring.

Does anyone recommend any particular classes or extracurriculars that might boost my resume? Do I have any chance of getting into any top 20 law schools?
(I don't know if this is even considered during the application process- but does it help that I received a 1520 on the SATs and am a National Merit Scholar?)
Thanks!

you can major in anything that you want (it is actually a good thing that you did not take any "pre-law" classes as they are frowned upon by admissions committees).

When you take the LSAT, you will have a clearer picture of where you will be a viable candidate.
