How is anyone supposed to know what to suggest when you don’t give any information about what you’re looking for in a college?

International students requesting financial aid are very limited because there aren’t that many schools that have the funding to provide tuition and room/board.

Your SAT score is not competitive for the schools that give big funds.
You need to consider schools that may give international students merit-based funds, like schools in the Midwest and southern states.
