My nephew is a international student pursuing masters in computer science here in US. His GPA is low and hence got into colleges whose programs are not well published. Can anybody with knowledge help him in choosing the college, which has better program, job opportunities ... He got in Bradley, U of I @ springfield and calstate LA. Please help with views to choose .</p>
