Help interpret documents?

I’m an American student and sent in my SAT, ACT, AP scores, and my good Subject Test score, my UW special student transcript, and my counselor sent in my high school transcript up through junior year. When I check my status for either school, it says:

NOT RECEIVED
ACT or SAT Reasoning/Redesigned SAT Test Results
SAT Subject Test/AP/IB Results
Secondary/High School Mid-Term Results
Official Final Post Secondary Transcript, University of Wisconsin
Self Reported U.S. Grades

RECEIVED
Transcript of your studies
ACT scores
SAT Reasoning Test / Redesigned SAT scores
SAT Subject Test scores
Advanced Placement Test Scores

I understand why my mid-term senior grade aren’t in (semester doesn’t end until late January) and I had to send my UW transcript by mail so that’ll take a while, but what’s going on with the rest of it? Why do they have my test “scores” but not “results”?

The scores are the results. It takes them awhile to process everything. As long as it says the documents were received, you’re good.

From their application FAQs http://utoronto.askadmissions.net/ask.aspx:
