Help judge my college list!

Hi everyone,
Well, I'm finally a rising senior, and it's time to finish up my college list before school begins again. Here's my current college list, I'd appreciate if you guys could give me some tips to edit it! The most important thing to me is to attend a school with a very strong biological science program and one that encourages undergraduate research. Some other preferences: I'd like the school to be on the east and north of DC, I don't want to attend a very small or very large college, and I'd prefer universities to LACs.
Some of my stats:
UW GPA: 3.85
Course load: Most rigorous that my school offers
Class rank: 3/96
SAT: 2070 (CR: 640 M: 680 W: 750) but it will hit 2200 in October
Extracurriculars: Eh... not great but not terrible

Here's the list:
Reach:
• Johns Hopkins University (#1 Choice)
• Tufts University
• Cornell University
• Brown University
• Washington University in St. Louis
Reach/Match (Not exactly sure...)
• Carnegie Mellon University
• Boston University
Match:
• University of Rochester
• Case Western Reserve University
Safety:
• University of Maryland—College Park
• University of Connecticut
• Stony Brook University

Carnegie mellon is definitely a reach for you with your current SAT scores. Which school in carnegie mellon are you applying to? If it’s the carnegie institute of technology, then it is certainly a reach.

And I wouldn’t be so sure that your SAT scores will rise so much. Much easier said than done. Good luck!

Thanks for your input! That’s what I thought, and no, it likely won’t be the institute of technology.
And to be honest, I’m confident my SAT scores will rise. I began at a 1900 and raised my score to a 2070 in two weeks (although I did study hard during that period). I’m going to drill myself on math for a 770+, it’s only a matter of knowing tricks for me. I’m capable in math (I got an A in Calc AB this year) it’s just all of those Collegeboard tricks that make me run out of time on the section.
