Also a couple of months/weeks work experience shadowing doctors and surgeons (I'm planning to become a doctor) but I don't think that will make much of a difference? Not sure.

PLEASE HELP!

I say that penn state is a match and that Boston college is a reach, because of your critical reading score.

I’m taking out NYU. which one should I add U. Maryland college park, FSU or U. Oregon as safety? In general which one is best for premed/college in general? HELP!

^Depends on where you want to be. UMCP is most difficult of the three to be admitted.

SUNY Binghamton or Stony Brook are very reasonably priced for OOS at about $17K.

“I was born in Santa Cruz, Bolivia but I grew up in Spain, did my high school in Boston, MA.”
If you are not a US citizen then you are an international. This can be to your advantage at LAC’s seeking international diversity. How about a women’s college? Scratch Brown and try Wellesley?

I have a green card, I’m not international. Would you say UMCP is a reach/match?

high match^

The only safety I have right now is U. New Hampshire… should I add Oregon/FSU then? I was thinking of maryland but didnt know it would be high match

oregon wouldbe my choice of the two.

is boston college a reach for me??

UMCP is much harder than Penn State to be admitted. It’s also harder than Pitt. Are you a football fan?

Do you want a safety to be so far away?

yes BC is a reach

safeties/low matches for me are pitt, penn, oregon, new hampshire.

should i forget about umcp? or drop boston college and put umcp in?
