Hi, this is my first post on this board so I will tell everyone my problem and if you are able too can you answer my questions?

I live in a small town in brandon MB, Canada (pop, 40 000) and go to a small highschool. ( I am a freshman). My dream is to go to Yale, but my school does not offer a wide range of classes. They don't offer SATs, so I would have to find some other way to take them. I have recieved great grades all my life and I was wondering what I should do to start preparing for later years. Has anyone gone through this and could give me some insight? It would help alot. I will post my grades here, so give me your opinion.

Grade 8....

Year end average- 98% (took french, band, all the regular classes, was on student council, band council, yearbook)

Grade 9 first term.....

English- 100%
Social Studies (would be like your history)- 100%
Band- 98%
Science- 96%
Math-97%
Gym-92% (highest mark in class and I suck at gym!!!!)
French-97%
Spanish- (don't take it untill next term)

I am also in choir(97%) and honour band (98%), which count as extra credit.

Over all average- 98%

I am also in... band council, yearbook, peer tutors, bowling (counts as a sport LOL!) set design (for major production)

Other things- have gotten all my lifegaurd training that I can take untill I turn 16, piano, won an out of school 1st place award for an essay I wrote on stealing cars, volunteer at the local YMCA,

So.... How does it look. Can anyone give me some insight? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
