HELP! Major college decision problems!

I'm having a bit of a problem with trying to choose a college...I was recently accepted to UCSB, UCSD, UCI, and NYU LSP...however, NYU is far too expensive (70K), and I haven't received any aid. I could possibly take loans, but that could prove to be risky in the long run. Furthermore, my parents don't want to send me to UCSB because it is a "party school." The UCI campus was nice, but it is rated lower than UCSD and NYU. I liked UCSD; however, I have so many concerns!

First off, I didn't receive my first-choice major (bio) at UCSD because it is 'impacted' (I did receive my major at UCI and UCSB). However, this is not too big of a problem, as I am also interested in Cognitive Science/Neuroscience, along with a lot of other subjects. (side note: Apparently, we can apply for a Bio major after fulfilling major requirements...in any event, would minoring in Bio prove to be difficult?)

Second, if I decide to do pre-med (definite possibility), I don't want to have to be on wait-lists to get into pre-med requirement classes...I feel like people who have majors under Biological Sciences would have a better chance at getting pre-med classes.

Lastly, it may not sound like a big deal, but I really love ERC (I was accepted here), and I submitted my housing application kind of late..as in last night. I am a little worried that I won't be able to live in ERC, as the housing website for UCSD said that they put overflow students in Revelle. I REALLY want to avoid living in Revelle, as I absolutely loved ERC. And of course, who wants to live in Revelle and fulfill ERC GE requirements?! What are the chances that I could be put in Revelle (as in, how often has this happened?) And if that did happen, would there be any way for me to switch to ERC?

Phew, that was a long post! Honestly, any help would be deeply appreciated. Thanks so much!

I would go to UCSD - its been long established as the 3rd UC and I would take La Jolla (and Santa Barbara) over Irvine any day of the week.
