In the end I know it's my choice, but all this majoring stuff is making my head spin. I'm wanting to go to med school, but I am not looking for the traditional biology major or any science really (I don't think it matters if I don't take a Biology major, however do tell if it is actually needed) I'm looking for something that will interest me. The only way I am going to keep a high gpa in a major and doing well in my pre-requisites is if I actually like the major. For example in Junior High I didn't like math and wood work class. I knew math was important so I worked through the boredom but in wood work I did nothing. Since it was junior high no one cared if we passed or failed a class because I'd just be bumped up the next grade unless it was important class I failed (English, math, science) so I just did nothing in woods finished with 18% as my final grade and got a high 90 in math. What I'm getting at is I want something that will be interesting to me, but there is so much and I don't really know what each course has to offer. I'm interested in the world, people, how things work, I like learning about law and crime and like thinking abstract where more then one answer can be right. Science is fun for me too but I think I'll have a lot of time in med school and pre-requisites to get more friendly with science but for my major I just want something that will make me want to get up because I am so excited about learning. haha. Any ideas on a major?

How would we know what interests you? Take a bunch of subjects that you think might be interesting and major in the one that really floats your boat. Consider Psych, Sociology, communications, political science, and philosophy.
