Hello everyone, I’m a high school student in my last year, I’m really confused in which University to choose, I’m not from the US I’m from Kuwait and my grades are very good and I really want to get in a high ranking University, I’m going to study either chemical engineering or computer engineering, my main problem is SAT, I’m really scared of it I don’t know why so I’ve been considering University that don’t require it for international students, I really want to know what you guys think it would help me alot and I’ve been thinking of northeastern University, University of Delaware, George Washington University, Syracuse University … I really want to know how good the engineering programs in these University and how good the University itself and the reputation of them, please help me guys and I’d be happy to take everyone’s advice, thanks 
Engineering is excellent at Northeastern, UDel, and Syracuse. UDel in particular is famous for its chemical engineering facilities and industry relations! You can’t go wrong if you attend one of those.

I assume you’ll get a scholarship from your government to attend?
Yes I do get a scholarship from my government, but I haven’t applied yet because I need to apply for the scholarship itself first which will be after I finish high school, I can only apply before I finish if I’m going on my own, otherwise I need to wait for the scholarships admission to be opened
