Hi people,

I am currently a freshman in Management. I was planning on studying a finance major and a mathematics or statistics minor. But a new though came into my mind recently. so help me

I have two options generally.

(A) continue studying a finance major with a mathematics or statistics minor, which I think is hard to get into grad school, because limited grad schools offer master of finance. I do not want to be enrolled in MBA, which requires work experience

(B)transfer to science faculty, major in math or stats with a finance minor, which gives me a strong math background and hopefully I can apply to master of stats or maths related to finance later. strong math background may make it easier to be a financial analyst later.

My goal is to find a job related to finance after master, so which way do you think is kind of better? and why?

Thank you for your advice, this really means a lot to me!
