Help me choose between ED or reg please!

Okay so I have set a list of about 5-6 schools that I really like. I can't decide if I should apply ED or not to not only help my chances but just to send one app and get the whole process over quickly- so here are the schools w/ pros/cons- still dont know what i wanna study in college
32 ACT and 4.0 weighted gpa

Duke: Legacy there, but prob dont have the stats for it w/o legacy?- great academics/athletics- liked the campus but hated the east campus where fresh live- also im concerned about competitiveness among students- should i?

vanderbilt: beautiful campus, amazing city, great size for a school for me, loved it when i visited- may not have all the programs i want?

UVA: bigger school than the others, not sure if i want state school- but also like the d1 sports aspect/a lot of opportunities- worried about class size

stanford: all around great school- most likely wont get in
wake forest: i felt was a combination b/w duke and vanderbilt in a way- liked the size of the school too
Miami (FL): great city, school, i would get in- but its got lots of programs im kinda interested in (marine bio, business etc)
USC- kinda like Miami in a way- havent visited but still kinda interested- too many students maybe? too much city?
other considerations- emory, BC, CMC, rice

so do I apply ED to one- to get into say Duke or vandy (i know uva/usc are RD) or do I just apply to all RD
thanks!

Would you be applying for financial aid?

Because if you apply ED, get accepted, and the aid package isn't enough, you're SOL.....

If you have to ask this question, don't apply ED. It's binding and you'll have all year to regret your decision.

I applied EA to two match schools and rolling to a safety. I was accepted at all three, and it made the applications process much, much easier.

Apply SCEA to Stanford, and RD to the others.

ETA: Do any of your other schools have EA?

I would suggest adding a rolling admissions school so that you can know by December that you're into college. Perhaps your IS school?

id need no financial aid at all so that was out of the question. but do you think if i can choose a school i should apply ed or jst stick with rd/ea
