Help me choose between two schools

I need to make a decision TOMORROW on which of these two schools to attend. Here are some hard facts about me and what I want from a college experience.

-I want to major in International Affairs, with a focus on East Asia. I plan to take Japanese and maybe Chinese in college.

-I want to study and do well in college, but I'm also prepared to let loose here and there. At the same time though, I do NOT want a college whose social scene is centered around drinking/smoking/partying. I want, more than anything, a clear balance.

-I feel myself to be a pretty fierce liberal, and want to attend a politically aware college. I also want to be in a very accepting and very friendly college environment.

-I'm also kind of nerdy. As in, I like reading, watching movies (particularly those of Japanese animation.) I want to be able to have my interests expressed freely and not be considered an atypical student.

-I'm not into sports. At all. I wouldn't mind going to a sports game here and there to support my friends and school, but I also don't want to be in some kind of minority if I don't play sports.

-As an aside from the sport thing, I really like skiing.

The two colleges I'm mentally wrestling with are Lewis & Clark College and Connecticut College. I like LC because it has literally every thing from above. But I wouldn't mind being in the northeast for a few years. Not only that, but Conn's academic excellence offerings are, when you get right down to it, better than LCs. But I'm concerned for a certain "preppy" factor at Conn and want to be able to be a nerd and not be in some minority...

Advice please!

Lewis & Clark is supposed to have a very strong international relations program...also being on the Pacific Rim helps with your East Asia focus. I would choose Lewis & Clark.
