Help Me Choose: pitt/temple/psu neuro + comp sci

Hi!
I am looking to double major next year in Neuroscience and Computer Science (hoping eventually to go into the field of AI development or AI enterprise management).

I was accepted into Temple Honors (with scholarship), Pitt and Penn State for neuroscience and expecting to pick up the double major as well as possibly a minor in philosophy if I have the room.

I am looking to get the best quality for the lowest price, as I want to go to graduate school after undergrad and don’t want to spend all my money now (also possibly thinking of transferring after two years to a higher school if necessary). However, I’m not sure which school will afford me the best starting position.

I also got accepted into UCLA, UC Berkeley, Northeastern, Boston University, Fordham and Drexel, (all for neuroscience) but I can’t seem to justify the high price tag on all since I got little to no financial aid.
Any advice helps, thanks!

Temple would cost about $15,000, Pitt and PSU would be about $30,000 respectively. All the other schools would be between $50-70,000 so I pretty much ruled them out since my parents are only able to pay about $30,000 (and I’m trying to avoid loans).

Neuroscience isn’t really all that helpful for AI if that’s why you’re thinking of including it in a double major.

I want to go into cognitive neuroscience intelligence technology so that’s why I’m doing both comp sci and neuro

Oh, OK. When you said you hoped to go into AI development or AI Enterprise Management, I was thinking traditional, business uses of AI. What you want to do sounds a lot more interesting.
