Help Me Choose Please

<p>...between Wash U and UMich!</p>

<p>I know I like Wash U. I am not in love with it, but I like it. I have never visited UM, but it sounds huge and I would like a more medium sized school, I think. I am afraid I might be lost. </p>

<p>The thing is, I was admitted to Michigan's Ross Business school as a preferred admit, and it's one of the top business schools, while Wash U's is good but not nearly as good in comparison. In the undergraduate B-school rankings, WashU is around 12 or 19 (I think it was 12 last year and 19 this year?), while UMich is about 5 or 6. Considering there are not many undergrad B schools, there is quite a difference.</p>

<p>Also, I got into the UM honors college so there are good academic opportunities while at WashU I will just be a normal student. </p>

<p>What do you think I should do?</p>

<p>Well... You've kind of got yourself in a bit of a bind... Are you POSITIVE there is no way you could skip school for one day this week and fly to Michigan to see the campus?<br>

WashU business school is perfectly respectable, but in business reputation matters a LOT. As a Ross graduate you would literally be fighting of job offers if you've got the grades...
wow i'm unhelpful, but personally I would go with Michigan. Also because you got into the Honors college you'll probably get more attention at Mich then if you were a normal student at WashU, so that might cancel out the largeness of the school.</p>
